Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly inside the Denver Deals app at any time:

1. Open the Denver Deals app
2. Tap Profile (bottom-right tab)
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm when prompted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You will be signed out and your account cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@denverdeals.app from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your name and email address
• Your location and notification preferences
• Your deal claim history
• Any saved or followed businesses

What is retained

Anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g. total claims on a deal) may be retained for business analytics. This data cannot be linked back to you after deletion. We may also retain records required by law for up to 7 years (e.g. payment or tax records if applicable).
