Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly inside the Denver Deals app at any time:

1. Open the Denver Deals app
2. Tap the Account tab (bottom-right)
3. Tap Delete my account
4. Enter your password and confirm — or, if you signed up with Google or Apple, confirm with Google or Apple

You will be signed out and your account is scheduled for deletion 24 hours later. Changed your mind? Sign back in within those 24 hours to cancel. After that, deletion is permanent and your account cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@denverdeals.app from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your name and email address
• Your location and notification preferences
• The businesses you follow and the deals you've asked them for

Your deal claim history is anonymized: the records stay in anonymized form but are no longer linked to you.

What is retained

Anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g. total claims on a deal) may be retained for business analytics. This data cannot be linked back to you after deletion. We may also retain the minimum records necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and financial reconciliation, including records required by law for up to 7 years (e.g. payment or tax records if applicable).
